DescriptionGraham Scott is a President of Graham Scott Strategies Inc. He has extensive experience in public policy, governance and in the assessment of boards and management teams with a particular emphasis on health care. He also served as Deputy Minister of Health in Ontario.

Graham represents health and government clients in matters of governance and accountability and has been involved in the amalgamation, restructuring and governance processes of more than 40 hospitals primarily working with Maureen Quigley. Maureen Quigley and Associates Inc and Graham Scott Strategies Inc have a collaborative working relationship since 1995.

In 2001-2002, Graham served as Interim President and CEO of Cancer Care Ontario. In 2003, he was appointed Supervisor of the Hôpital régional de Sudbury Regional Hospital. With Maureen Quigley he prepared the Report on Hospital Governance and Accountability in Ontario, for the OHA. In 2006-7 he served as independent Chair of the AHSC-AFP Task Force for the Physician’s Services Committee. In 2008 he was appointed as Investigator, Kingston General Hospital.

He serves as a mediator/facilitator between hospitals and physicians and done confidential assessments of non-profit and profit-based Boards and management teams.

Graham is Chair of the Board of the Canadian Institute for Health Information, Chair of AllenGen NCE., Vice Chair of OEB Enterprise and the Institute for Research on Public Policy. Graham is a Director of Sanofi Pasteur Limited; Revera Inc.; and the Association of the Faculties of Medicine of Canada.
In 2005, he was appointed to the Order of Canada.
